REVENUE GENERATION MASTERCLASS
THE BRIEF
triBE is an initiative of Business Events Sarawak for the local associations and business events professionals. It was developed to support the local business community with education, innovation and connections.
In the first quarter of 2020, triBE re-focused education support targeting areas significantly impacted by the pandemic: revenue growth strategies and sales.
The education had to address how to develop business relationships in a digital-only environment and how to find new ways to create value in the current climate.
Following the success in delivering in-person Association Training masterclasses in 2019 (Watch our video here); Mayvin Global was invited to design and deliver a series of three separate masterclasses with live and interactive online workshops across 2 half days. The workshops were designed around the themes of:

THE OUTCOME
Each masterclass was well attended with a cross section of roles from CEOs, Project Managers or Board members. Associations included peak industry bodies to smaller charities looking to change operations or revenue streams.
