NT Representative (Darwin)

Mandy joins Mayvin Global in 2025 as our on the ground representative in the Northern Territory. She has been based in Darwin for the past 15 years. Mandy has managed a diversity of projects and has extensive events management experience across a breadth of sectors including Indigenous arts, tourism, sport, and agriculture.

Mandy is passionate about supporting regional, rural, and remote communities highlighted in her work for the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation from 2015 - 2022, as General Manager and more recently as NT Farmers Association Projects Administrator. Mandy’s commitment to the non-profit sector further underscores her dedication to creating opportunities for social and economic advancement. With a practical and hands-on approach to capacity building and networking, Mandy is committed to helping communities and organisations develop strategies that ensure long-term impact. Her work values succession planning, fostering thoughtful growth, and embedding operational practices that promote organisational longevity.

Through her collaborative approach, Mandy fosters meaningful relationships and supports initiatives that empower communities with the aim to leave a legacy of positive change and sustainability.
