Kirsty has over 30 years’ experience gained in Australia, US and UK working with blue-chip listed businesses such as AMP, IBM and Johnson and Johnson, specialist small businesses, federal and state governments, not-for-profits, and associations.

She has worked with Mayvin Global since 2018 as a Strategist, Researcher and Analyst on projects for Community Early Learning Australia, API Leisure & Lifestyle, Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine, Australasian College of Physical Scientists and Engineers in Medicine, Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, Laissez faire Catering, AGB Events and Northern Territory Business Events to name a few.

Kirsty’s career foundations are in data marketing and interactive media, later in public affairs as a strategist building brands and reputations to guide businesses during growth and change. Today she specialises in organisational strategy, in particular embedding environmental, social and governance programs, working with Australian and NZ businesses. Also a trained B Corp consultant, she prepares businesses for B Corp certification; a rigorous globally recognised accreditation that recognises leading ESG practices.

A reflection of her commitment to social impact, Kirsty has served on the board of Dress for Success Sydney and foster agency Stretch-a-Family. In addition to her work with Mayvin Global, she is advisor to ethical and sustainable scale-up businesses.
