She has experience working with both domestic and international companies in Australia, Canada, the USA and South America.​

Joanne is a board member of Visit USA, Australia and a member of the Australian Society of Travel Writers, Council of Australian Tour Operators and the Canadian Australian Chamber of Commerce.
