Denielle McShane joined Mayvin Global in 2022 as one of the Business Events and tourism experts, particularly from a hotel perspective. She is a respected sales and marketing professional with over two decades of experience working for global hotel brands and destinations.

Denielle has lead teams in some of Sydney’s iconic business events and leisure destinations, such as Darling Harbour, Sydney Olympic Park and Manly. During her tenure Denielle’s focus was on supporting the business events growth of these precincts, working in collaboration with stakeholders including government, land managers, convention bureaux, industry suppliers and Destination Marketing Organisations.

Denielle’s success within the hotels themselves, stems from driving revenue across the diverse sectors within business events – associations, corporate, incentive as well as a deep understanding of the corporate sector, leisure travellers and yield management across the diverse revenue streams throughout hotels.

More recently Denielle has started her own consultancy which has seen her lead the marketing for some of Accor’s 2022 hotel openings, including the Porter House Hotel Sydney- MGallery.
