She is a top-rated speaker including as an annual presenter at the Mumbrella Travel Marketing Summit; has published an e-book on emerging market consumers, many white papers including on Culture and Heritage Tourism, Indian Outbound Tourism, Luxury Travel and the role of serendipity in business. She manages a database of 50+ key trends.

She sits on the board of Australian Regional Tourism (ART), is Immediate Past President of TTRA’s (Travel and Tourism Research Association) Asia-Pacific Chapter and its current Public Officer, a member of the Advisory Panel of WTACH (World Tourism Association for Culture and Heritage) and has been on the UNWTO Panel of World Tourism experts.

She is the 2020 winner of the TTRA Sue Beeton Award for outstanding contribution to promoting tourism research in the Asia Pacific Region.
