DUBBO REGIONAL COUNCIL, NSW
Mayvin Global were engaged to deliver an event and infrastructure review with recommendations across sports, business events, community and the arts. Stakeholder interviews were conducted across the region and inter-state to understand where the destination was placed in its capability to deliver sustainable growth to the local economy through events and how it could maximise return on investment. The review assessed hard and soft infrastructure development to inform the event acquisition strategy.

STRATEGY
SINGLETON COUNCIL, NSW
With the Singleton Arts and Culture Centre due to open in October 2021, Singleton Council was seeking revenue opportunities for the new facility.
Mayvin Global were engaged to deliver a revenue strategy including a marketing review, with a focus on developing membership, sponsorship and philanthropy revenue streams.

The Asia Pacific Incentives & Meetings Event (AIME) is an annual tradeshow. The event attracts buyers from corporate companies, associations, NFPs as well as government decision makers, looking for destinations for conferencing and events. In 2020, Mayvin Global were engaged to represent the destination, successfully generating business event leads.


Event STRATEGY review
GOULBURN MULWAREE COUNCIL, NSW
With a view to improve the community events offering for the region, Goulburn Mulwaree Council, has engaged Mayvin Global to review its events strategy.
Consultation with councillors and local business operators is currently underway to assess the region's infrastructure, resourcing and funding capacity for future events suitable to the region.

NATIONAL PARKS & WILDLIFE SERVICE, NSW
Mayvin Global’s brief was to conduct market sounding with key stakeholders, from government to local residents and tourism operators to determine the type of product to increase visitation, spend and length of stay, in relation to a variety of destination initiatives across NSW. Completed projects included, Tomaree Coastal Walk, Hill End, Tweed-Byron Walking Trail and Macleay Coast Destination Project.


Event feasibilty review
GOLD COAST CITY COUNCIL, QLD
Bleach* is a creator of arts and cultural experiences on the Gold Coast. Hotelling was their interactive theatre arts production, commissioned by City of Gold Coast.
Following pilots in 2016 and 2017, Mayvin Global was engaged to assess the commercial viability of scaling Hotelling and if viable, to design a business model that scaled the production satisfying a set of pre-determined conditions.
