EVENT FEASIBILITY REVIEW
THE BRIEF
Developing East Arnhem Limited (DEAL) is a not-for-profit economic development body established in November 2014. In 2020, it partnered with Yolngu Radio, and hosted an online concert series called East Arnhem Live.
Mayvin Global partnered with NT Events industry experts Agentur and economic and social impact modelling experts IER to deliver the review.
Mayvin Global lead this live event feasibility review to determine if this online event could translate to a commercially viable physical event for the Gove Peninsula in the Northern Territory.
METHODOLOGY
With a combined collaborative understanding and deep knowledge of start-up festivals and events, desk research, operational, financial, social and economic analysis was undertaken including stakeholder consultation and a site inspection to inform the project.
OUTCOME
As a result of the Feasibility Review, the event is confirmed to go ahead between 30 Sept and 02 Oct 2022.
