With a background in marketing, project management, fundraising and business development, Milly has had a varied career within the arts & culture, not for profit and private sectors.

​

Milly was head of business development, fundraising, marketing and communications at JUTE Theatre Company, to drive the strategic income generation, awareness, and engagement to support their financial and artistic goals.

She has recently worked on various Government and NFP projects through Saltwater People, an Indigenous-owned Creative Agency.

Civic involvement includes:

• active board member for Arts Nexus, a non-government, “for-purpose” community-based entity, revitalising and expanding its operational capacity to equip the Far North Queensland (FNQ)

• active forum member for Queensland Government, FNQ Regional Community Forum

• was a member for the FNQ Interim Reconciliation Working Group, Queensland Reconciliation

Milly is a current member of Fundraising Institute of Australia, Women on Boards, Philanthropy Australia and APRA Australia.
